How long will my carpet take to dry? Up to 24 hours. In most cases it will be dry
in 2-4 hours. This depends on the humidity, temperature of the home, the density of
the fiber and how soiled the carpet is. To speed drying, use fans, open windows 2-3
inches, turn on heater (70-72 degrees) and on warmer days leave the air conditioner
on.

Can I walk on the carpet after cleaning? Yes. Use clean white socks and use
extreme caution when walking from damp carpet to any hard surface. Hard surface
floors will be slippery. Try to limit traffic until completely dry.

Do you move furniture? Yes. We will move most seated furniture and tables (sofas,
chairs, tables etc). We cannot move pianos, beds, entertainment centers, computer
desks, buffets, armoires etc.

Should I move anything? Yes, you should remove from the areas being cleaned, all
knick knacks and breakables. Pictures, lamps, memorabilia, etc from tables that are
to be moved.

Do you clean furniture? Yes. We are professional upholstery cleaners. We are
certified in upholstery cleaning and we are capable of cleaning many fine fabrics.

Are your technicians experienced? Yes, our technicians attend courses, seminars,
and schools to keep current on the latest in cleaning technologies. We are certified by
the IICRC.

Will your services help my allergies? Yes, having your carpet and upholstery
cleaned removes many allergens and other pollutants and makes your air easier to
breathe.

Will you remove all my stains? Let me start by defining the difference between a
spot and a stain: A Spot- is any foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) that is removable
by standard cleaning methods. (The material is on or around the carpet fiber). A
Stain- is foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) on carpet that is not usually removable by
standard cleaning methods. (The material has penetrated “soaked into’” the fiber and
has changed the color or damaged the fiber itself). Some stains may be very difficult
or impossible to remove.

Does your process restore the original feel of my carpet? Yes, our process
leaves your carpet fresh, clean, residue free and soft to the touch.

How often do I need to clean my carpet? Any where from every 3-6 months for
high use rooms to every 9-12 months for seldom used rooms. If you have kids or pets
at least once per year for the complete house.

My Carpet is really old, should I replace it? With the cost of replacing carpet
being as expensive as it is today, it is always best to try having the carpet
professionally cleaned first. It is less costly and may make a world of difference.
